pictures of planes

Here are the pictures of some of the planes that was used in WWII:

The plane on the left is a P-40 Kittyhawk. The second and third pictures are of a Hawker Sea Fury.

The first and second pictures are of a V-173 Zero Fighter (used by the Japanese). The third picture is of a P-51 Mustang (supplied to the Australians by the Americans).

The first picture is of a B1 Avro Lancaster, a long range bomber. The other two are of a 20 ft submarine.

Here are some of the fighter planes that the Germans and Australians used in WWI. I couldn't figure out their names (sorry Uncle Keith!). My Mom says the middle one is an Albatross that mistakenly landed near the Australian line and was captured on its first flight. She thinks the one on the left is an RE8. She says to tell you we also saw a Messerschmidt 163 (Komet), which was so teeny. And a Messerschmidt Bf 109 that is the only of its kind to still have its original WWII paint. And they had a MIG-15, too, from the Cold War.
